The insulating effect of your windows has a direct impact on how your rooms feel. The American Society of Heating Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning (ASHRAE) Comfort Standard 55 suggests that when glass surface temperature fall below 52º F (app. 10º C), the result is thermal discomfort.
